L’entreprise \u00e0 100 \u00e0 l’heure… avant les signaux<\/strong> d’alerte.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pendant plus de vingt ans, mon parcours professionnel fut intense et passionnant. En tant que responsable de service et cadre de direction dans les secteurs public et priv\u00e9, j’ai accompagn\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes dans le changement et connu l’exigence des responsabilit\u00e9s.
Comme beaucoup, ma vie personnelle n’\u00e9tait pas exempte de turbulences : fatigue, baisse de moral, prise de poids<\/strong> et un stress \u00e9motionnel que je ne savais pas g\u00e9rer<\/strong>. J’\u00e9tais enti\u00e8rement dans une approche allopathique, ignorant les signaux que mon corps m’envoyait.
C’est en cherchant \u00ab\u00a0simplement \u00e0 \u00eatre mieux\u00a0\u00bb que j’ai d\u00e9couvert la naturopathie. L’\u00e9vidence fut imm\u00e9diate : cela faisait sens<\/strong>. J’ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me former, initialement pour moi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le d\u00e9clic : Quand le corps rappelle \u00e0 l’<\/strong>ordre<\/h2>

L’arriv\u00e9e de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID a marqu\u00e9 un tournant. Sous le poids des responsabilit\u00e9s et du stress accumul\u00e9, mon corps a fini par dire stop. J’ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la maladie auto-immune de Basedow<\/strong> (hyperthyro\u00efdie). J’\u00e9tais r\u00e9ellement \u00e9puis\u00e9e<\/strong>.
Le traitement m\u00e9dical m’a permis de \u00ab\u00a0sortir la t\u00eate de l’eau\u00a0\u00bb, mais j’ai longtemps ressenti un sentiment d’impuissance<\/strong>.
Jusqu’au jour o\u00f9 j’ai d\u00fb admettre: pour ma sant\u00e9 physique et mentale, je devais changer de cap.<\/strong>
J’ai alors renou\u00e9 avec les piliers de la sant\u00e9<\/strong> que j’avais \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en naturopathie (alimentation, gestion du stress, exercice physique, marche en nature). Ces trois ann\u00e9es de formation, mises de c\u00f4t\u00e9, devenaient l’\u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel<\/strong> de ma reconstruction.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mon chemin avec cette maladie est la preuve vivante<\/strong> que la naturopathie et la m\u00e9decine moderne sont profond\u00e9ment compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>. J’ai pu, comme vous le pourrez, profiter du meilleur des deux mondes<\/strong> pour reb\u00e2tir ma sant\u00e9.
Aujourd’hui, mon exp\u00e9rience pass\u00e9e nourrit ma pratique:
