Le stress ralentit aussi la digestion, ce qui fatigue votre syst\u00e8me d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la cha\u00eene alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8323784fadb868cfb8f4342347d09b08 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Foie au centre du jeu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-79a34565c636ee0fcf20cc101ffc4ef1 wp-block-paragraph\">Le foie est votre usine de traitement principale. Il assure le m\u00e9tabolisme, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l&rsquo;ensemble des transformations chimiques qui permettent \u00e0 votre corps de fonctionner et de produire de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fdf070e195e1f8d2dd87a8186fdb5fdc wp-block-paragraph\">Le foie ne sert pas qu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9toxifier\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est lui qui g\u00e8re le stockage et la distribution du glycog\u00e8ne (la forme sous laquelle notre corps stocke le sucre). Si votre foie est engorg\u00e9 par une alimentation trop riche, par le stress chronique (le cortisol fatigue le foie) ou par un exc\u00e8s de toxines, il ne peut plus lib\u00e9rer l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie correctement.
